Location is great. Facility was clean. Pool area was clean. Hot tub was huge and had plenty of room. Hand soaps in the bathroom are locally made and not hard on sensitive skin, that was a great bonus! Large desktop space in our room was great. Enough room for our kids to play. Overall we enjoyed our stay, probably won't be back though until our kids are older and would enjoy the waterpark more.

The hotel had large, comfortable rooms and an absolutely amazing water park. Overall it was an absolutely fantastic stay.

8/10 Enjoyable stay for a break from winter.
The staff were great. They responded quickly to a broken coffee pot in the room with a carafe of coffee. Room service was great and the same price as eating in the restaurant.

From the Manager Mr.Devan to the staffs and crews (reception, restaurant, service room,housekeeping and waterpark) they are all great, nice, and accommodating. They made my hubby's birthday a special one. The room is so nice, clean and comfy. The waterfront so fun that my kids loved the slides and the water effects. The foods are so delicious. I highly appreciate the efforts of Mr. Devan and the crew especially who organized for our room for also putting some decorations for my husband's bday.

10/10 Fantastic customer service but no shallow pool for little kids
The staff were incredible! They could not possibly have been more accommodating. We asked to move rooms after checking in (to be closer to other family staying at the hotel) and they found us an adjoining room and allowed us to move at no extra charge. We also had left behind some items in the previous room which they brought to our new room for us. Fantastic customer service!

10/10 BOOK IT, the water park is the best part of your stay with kids!
We were surprised and got a room that faced the pool. I took my three children to celebrate their birthdays being November. It was a blast! We stayed Friday to Sunday. Non stop fun. Saturday and Sunday are the busiest at the pool however which can get a bit chaotic but still fun.

10/10 A great and enjoyable stay for the whole family!
Easy check in and check out. Needed a microwave in our room and brought one to us. Towels were provided at the pool. Great pool hours. And room service was great. Staff were kind and helpful. And allowed me a late check out so I was able to spend more time with my grandchildren.

1/10 Horrible. Dont Stay Here. Unless You Want Swat and Police Running Threw The Halls.
Pool Was Nice, Zero Lifeguards and Any Staff was On Their Phones Whole Time, Night Manager Super Rude. There Was A Wedding Party That kept Getting the Cops Called But They Would Be right back Causing Problems Next Night. Water slides For Kids. Not A Place For Adults To Go For a Vacation.
