Great spot great staff and clean. However parking any size truck is not possible inside their parcade. Had to park outside on the city lot and had issues with transients. Staff definitely took care of it when brought to their attention but what happens when it's not noticed? Won't stay again because of the risk of vehicle vulnerability. Other than that great space

It has eveything I needed: refrigerator, microwave, one washer and one dryer (you can buy soap at the front desk for one wash for $2), swimming pool was cold, but the hot tub was amazing! The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was always very kind, knowledable and helpful! Especial thanks to Terry (GM) and Josh! A short ride to the supermarket, walking distance timo the mall, restaurants, coffee shops and the Casino.

Went for the rider game and the location was perfect to catch the shuttle. Room and facilities were exception. No complaints at all. Look forward to stay again in the near future

Location is great, super close to Cornwall Centre and many GREAT restaurants within walking distance! The night we were able to access it the pool was awesome. Lots of coffee/tea options in the rooms and nice bath (beware the tub walls are very high for those with mobility issues)

The fact it was downtown made it easy to walk around and explore the city on foot. Not that I would recommend you do so as it was extremely quiet on a Saturday night. The underground parking was included which is a bonus.
