Our room was wonderful. Huge bed with top of the range bedding. Big bathroom with toiletries all supplied. Satellite tv channels eg. Rte 1/2 bbc 1,2,3 and 4 ch 4 all itv and sky cnn etc. great for relaxing after long walks on prom. The cleaning staff were excellent. Nothing was a problem. The location is superb. Taxi rank across the road. Orange square 2 mins away. Beach 5. Rooftop area very relaxing. Pool is small but adequate to do a few lengths. Rooftop bar and staff lovely. Really nice area. We didn’t eat at hotel but by all accounts the food is excellent according to fellow guests. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the vicinity. Big shout out to Paula & Sarah who couldn’t do enough to make our stay so lovely. So much so we booked to go back at Christmas. Some of our family joining us too.Show More

By myself or with colleagues or with family. In all my years of travel, I have NEVER experienced something like this nor have I heard of something like this in my life. I was physically passing by the hotel so I stopped by to see the rooms. I needed to make a reservation for four days from now. I liked the rooms so I made the reservation. The receptionist gathered all my details and told me she would be in touch to confirm the reservation. Just a few hours later I got a call to let me know that there’s no accommodation available. We are going into November - it is low season and there’s nothing available? There is nothing I can think of that could cause such a turnaround other than race.Show More
