I visited Occidental Puerto Banús with family and friends to celebrate a 40th birthday and had a fantastic time. The hotel is in a brilliant location; a short walk to the marina, beach, and shops. The hotel is in a brilliant location; a short walk to the marina, beach, and shops. Rooms were modern, clean, and very spacious. It has a little kitchen area with sink and fridge which is good. Staff were friendly and always happy to help, especially Mehdia and Priscilla on reception. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The pool area was lovely, though the pool was freezing and partly shaded during the day. Not much for children however; ok if only staying for a few days. Overall, it was a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again if visiting the area.Show More

The hotel has a perfect location close to the Marina and five minutes walk to the cortes the ingles mall which has a supermarket, mc donals, fiveguys etc Easy to get a taxi, an uber or bolt in less than 4 mins wait. The only downside is no air conditioning IN WINTER TIME but even in winter time, during the day the room can get very warm. Puerto Banus is an extremely expensive area but with the price of this hotel it makes up for itShow More
