She was helpful, friendly, personable and attentive. She is the definition of above and beyond. Brittany was also a delight and a large influence to how much I enjoyed my stay. Thank you to both ladies for being so accommodating and kind. I loved the balcony and the rooftop. The heated floors in the bathroom were superior! The only issue I had during my stay was with the shower. The water would pile up and seep under the shower door causing me to use a lot of towels. This isn’t in every room but just my most recent room and I feel it’s an easy fix. Theres a few bars next door and an attached Italian restaurant with a bar. I loved the Jamaican food truck near 270 park ave.Show More

The room was nice and very comfortable. They even have a robe and slippers. The bathroom has heated floors too!! The bed was so comfortable. Everything had its place. A short walk from Grand Central and within jogging distance of Central Park. The rooms are solid, the beds very comfortable and the nespresso machines a great touch, rooms got cooled even in a heatwave, and the showers are good enough. A couple of small niggles with shower gel empty in the shower it other than that all good. They do not have a gym but partner with one around the corner which is super near and give day passes. I eat quite simply in the mornings but the light food I had at the bar and the breakfasts were brilliant. Ok, the staff are brilliant! Huge shout outs to Andrea at breakfast for a lovely chat each morning, Kendall at the bar for a great chat, running and reading tips, and then to both Brittney and Angelique as well as the other front desk team who I didn’t catch their names. Super friendly, really accommodating and made the stay that bit better all round. Hope to stay again.Show More

We experienced an emergency where we needed to leave a day early. Brittany went over and beyond to assist us in adjusting our reservation to leave early, in addition to not charging us for our final night. I've traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe and I sincerely say that this stands out as the singular, best experience I've had at any hotel. I would not hesitate to stay at this location in the future, in fact, I look forward to it. It is in an excellent location, away from the crowds and busyness of Times Square, within walking distance of Grand Central Station, many restaurants, coffee shops, and of course, bagel shops. It took me about 10-15 minutes to walk to Fifth Avenue, and about 20-25 minutes to walk to Central Park. The hotel room was nicely appointed, clean, and fairly large by NYC standards. The heated bathroom floor was a nice plus! We only ate at Allore, the restaurant on site, for breakfast one day and it was very good.Show More
