When I asked what was going on they said there was a welfare program. There was many unsafe people roaming the hotel and in the elevators. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. There were security on every floor as well. If there is an event that requires this much security all guests should have the right to know before confirming their booking. Very disappointed as I had chosen the best western with the impression I was selecting one of the better hotels in the area. I now know that this is not the case and will not be staying at a best western again. Show More
