This trip was exceptionally great as we travelled into Toronto for a few Dr appointments for ourselves and our elderly uncle. His afternoon appt got cancelled, and he would have had to sit in hot traffic and waiting rooms with us while we attended our own appts. I called the front desk in the morning to see if there was anyway we could have an early check in so we could get him lunch and settled for a nap while we went downtown to our apptments. The staff were very accommodating and understanding. We were able to check in early and he had a nice lunch and nap in our room instead of a hot afternoon in traffic.Show More

While we certainly enjoyed our stay, we felt the breakfast area needed to be expanded to accommodate everyone…many were taking their food to their rooms due to the congestion in the buffet and dining ...While we certainly enjoyed our stay, we felt the breakfast area needed to be expanded to accommodate everyone…many were taking their food to their rooms due to the congestion in the buffet and dining area. Also, there is an image of a hot tub on the site but this has been covered over with flooring to add space for extra seating in the pool area. I don’t appreciate false advertising. This should be replaced or removed. Lastly, the hallways felt a bit dark and it was fairly easy to hear louder guests exiting and entering their rooms during the night. Otherwise, the staff were all fantastic, service was great, and location for our trip was ideal.Show More
