Two of the front desk staff were awesome and were able to accommodate us on the shuttles to the airport when going there. They were very friendly. One staff at night was not as friendly. When I called and asked if a shuttle was coming that evening he was very short with me, said no and said I did not have a booking either. Bed and linen was clean, however, the walls had stains on them and dust and dirt on some of the walls. Location is a quick shuttle to the airport. Bear in mind the Shuttle is only for check-in and check out. Had I known that I would have booked elsewhere as I took the up express downtown from the airport each day I was there. The room was very cheap when I went so I guess you get what you pay for. Would definitely not stay here if the room was over $150 / night. I had a video of the room but could not attach it.Show More
