We stayed for 4 nights in a room described by Booking.com as a superior twin room on the 25th floor with breakfast I had originally booked this hotel without a meal plan but found about a month befor...We stayed for 4 nights in a room described by Booking.com as a superior twin room on the 25th floor with breakfast I had originally booked this hotel without a meal plan but found about a month before our arrival that the room rate had fallen and I could add breakfast for a slight premium We arrived early in the morning after a long flight from London – rather than waiting for a room to become available I had booked an extra night so that we could go straight to our room after check-in The hotel sits on top of a commercial building so access to the hotel is by a dedicated lift that takes you to reception which is many floors above Our room whilst having superior in the description was small with little walking space between the end of the bed and run of units along the opposite wall – movements had to be choreographed – the bed was comfy – the room had was convenient – fridge – facility to make hot drinks – the air conditioning worked – the bathroom included a separate toilet with basin and a wet room with bath and shower with the usual soaps and shampoos – it was quiet and had a view Breakfast was taken on the same level as reception – got busy – and on a couple of days we had to wait in line – the buffet was extensive and varied enough to set you for the day without being memorable The front of house staff was as ever very helpful and arranged the transfer of our suitcase onwards to our hotel in Osaka where we were successfully reunited – thank you The one outstanding feature of this hotel is its location – within easy walking distance of Shimbashi Station – and then only one stop Tokyo Station and the Bullet Train – close to many restaurants – with convenience stores on almost every corner This is a good hotel – the rooms are small but then this is Tokyo – and relatively expensive – but the location is its selling point for me along with the helpful staff – Thank YouShow More

On y trouve de tres nombreuses lignes de Métro et de train pour aller à peu près pa...Idéalement placé au coeur de la ville pres de la gare de Shimbashi, quartier animé avec des bars et des restaurants. On y trouve de tres nombreuses lignes de Métro et de train pour aller à peu près partout. Il faut un peu de temps et d'attention pour se familiariser avec l'organisation des transports en commun mais ensuite c'est tres efficace. Cet Hotel est situé en haut d'une grande tour et offre du lobby, du bar / restaurant et surtout des chambres des vues à couper le soufle sur Tokyo. Si vous le pouvez essayer d'obtenir une chambre au 27ième et dernier étage, la nuit c'est magique ! Les chambres sont grandes pour la ville et tres confortables. Mention spéciale à l'insonorisation interne comme externe qui permet un tres bon repos la nuit. Les petits dejeuners préparés devant vous et servis sous forme de buffet sont excellents, en particulier la partie Japonaise bien sur, succulente et tres variée. La partie sucrée, surtout les pancakes, fruits frais, gateaux et glaces, est tres bien aussi. Le soir le passage au bar cosy et bien achalandé en whisky, en particulier Japonais bien sur mais aussi en saké, est un très bon moment. Le barman réalise aussi de très bons cocktails de saison. Mention particulière pour le personnel tres accueillant, attentionné et bienveillant qui cherche toujours à vous aider et vous faciliter les choses. Je remercie en particulier Kukuru à la réception qui a passé du temps à nous trouver et nous reserver un excellent restaurant de poisson à 2 pas à pied de l'hotel mais introuvable pour un non Japonais. Pour terminer je dois ajouter que cet hotel, bien qu'assez grand, reste à taille humaine et permet de trouver un bon "havre de repos" au sein d'une ville trepidante et immense.Show More

Abbiamo spento le luci e siamo rimasti ad osservare la distesa di grattacieli sovrastati dalla Tokyo Tower per ore. Staff gentilissimo e che parla inglese, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli anche il giorno del check-out e chiamato per noi un taxi quando è stata ora di andare in aeroporto. La camera pulitissima e molto più grande della media delle stanze in cui siamo stati in Giappone. La perfetta ultima notte a Tokyo per il nostro viaggio.Show More
