You have access to a rooftop but during our time in November the bar area wasn’t open. However there is a bar in lobby. in my opinion, they should take advantage of the holiday and decorate the bar/coffee area it would give it a more inviting relaxing area. Happy hour was enticing but the vibe was boring so we didn’t take advantage of it. In the morning there is a free nice coffee/tea/cocoa set up. There was an ice machine on our floor and a place to fill water by the gym. We didn’t go down there to see. Our room had two double beds, good AC and the window propped a couple inches if you wanted fresh air. Room was clean and typical NYC smalll-ish but we fit three pieces of mid to large luggage so that’s an nyc bonus. Tv, coffee maker and small fridge. Bathroom was a decent size but minimal area to sit things down but workable. Great water temp and pressure. Area outside is the flower district and the subway is within 1-2 blocks so it worked out perfect. My only complaint, and it’s at alot of hotels, minimal accessible plugs in the room and the main one has 3 loose outlets so it doesn’t work. This is the one right by the bed. This should be checked in all rooms. Also the phone in the room takes away from the room being so clean. The dated phones look gross/dirty although they may be clean. In the end we would stay in this area and hotel again.Show More

We found it by chance, based on online reviews and app recommendations, and decided to “take the risk.” Fortunately, it turned out to be a great choice. This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Manhattan, perfect for couples as well as groups of friends. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent — the check-in was kindly moved up by Ralph, the staff member on duty, by no less than ten hours! The room itself was simply great — spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom is relatively small but perfectly adequate. The room also includes a small refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave, all included in the price. The location is superb — just a minute’s walk from the subway and five minutes from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. It’s surrounded by countless restaurants, bars, and entertainment spots, yet the hotel is on a quiet street lined with flower shops, so it’s peaceful at night with no noise disturbing your sleep. When you add the very reasonable price to all this, it was without a doubt an excellent experience and outstanding value for money.Show More

Petite déception sur la qualité du ménage du sol à notre arrivée que nous avons signalé. Le lendemain le ménage a été fait. Nous pouvons demander d'autres interventions sans souci en cours de séjour. La literie était confortable et très propre. Nous étions au 6e étage (sans vue - mais pas grave). Silencieux. Nous avons aussi apprécié le coin boisson chaude auquel nous avions accès les matins. Pas de quoi manger mais café et eau chaude (avec sachets de thé et d'infusion) à disposition. Jamais encombré par les clients. Présence d'un micro onde et d'un petit frigo dans la chambre. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Nous recommandons cette adresse.Show More
