From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, the energy was upbeat, and the design of the hotel was both modern and inviting. However, the most memorable part of my stay was undoubtedly the time I spent at the pool. As someone who travels often for business and is constantly on the move to ensure my clients receive the highest level of service, I’ve experienced a wide range of hotels and hospitality environments. This property stood out in the best way. What made it particularly unique was the ambiance—trendy yet relaxed, professional yet fun. The pool area especially created a sense of escape that was both energizing and calming, which is rare to find in a business-focused trip. It felt like the perfect balance between work and leisure. Eddie, one of the team members, went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and taken care of. His attention to detail and warm personality made the atmosphere feel even more welcoming. It’s clear the hotel is designed with a fresh perspective, and I appreciated the creative approach. I'm so mixed in this property. It's valet only parking for one, and I usually can't stand that. As in if it was free and I had to pay to self park, I would pay. As in if it was free and I had to pay to self park, I would pay. BUT at the cameo, the valet guys are on it. I never waited long for my car and they kept it close when I was heading back out soon after dropping my car. Sam was super helpful and remembered my face from my first pick up. So, bottom line, the valet surpised me in a good way. Some of the less good stuff is restaurant...Definitely not worth the price and even more annoying is there if an automatic 20% added to your bill no matter what. I literally bought a $7 muffin, sitting in a plastic box on the bar. They put it in a bag and added "gratuity". Guests also can't turn off the on their balcony. It shuts off automatically at 1030pm. So if want to sleep earlier than 1030 without closing the curtains all way or sit out on the balcony without bugs around the light it's not possible. Front desk personnel weren't terrible, but not great either. The $18 credit for Hilton gold and diamond members definitely won't get you close to real breakfast. And while the valet guys are great, the $70 price is a bit excessive. Bottom line, I don't think I'd return to cameo.Show More

There is no refrigerator, minibar, or coffee machine in the room. However, they do have free Lavazza coffee in the morning near the front desk. I like that all the rooms have balconies with a cafe table, comfortable chairs, and nice views. The restaurant on the 12th floor has chandeliers and beautiful views. The food there is not spectacular, but OK. This hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, so there is no lobby. Street parking is free on Sundays. The valet parking attendants are very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.Show More

Because we had my mother in law, as well as our one year old, and 4 year old, I was very concerned about them getting in and out of the entrance. Oma listened and truly heard and understood my concern. Within 15 minutes she had us transferred to another property and had everything worked out. We will definitely stay here when we return.
