Didn’t visit in the end but booked for 2026 on a flexible booking. Like others it has taken me some time , nearly a month , after cancelling to actually get my funds paid back to me . Was told funds h...Didn’t visit in the end but booked for 2026 on a flexible booking. Like others it has taken me some time , nearly a month , after cancelling to actually get my funds paid back to me . Was told funds had been sent in August and to check with my Bank , eventually they found an error in the system and started the whole refund process again . This took me multiple chasers etc and the booking agent wasn’t much better , pushing responsibility to Sonder and indeed asking me to provide proof I had even paid upfront . Won’t use again and I’ve also cancelled all future flexible bookings with agentShow More
