Apartment was clean, furnishings seemed new / updated, lots of layers of lighting options, wall decor, plush carpet. Appliances / fixtures were quality (ex. Bosch, Breville, Hansgrohe, ionic hair dryer). Staff was pleasant and always available. We enjoyed the very supportive but padded mattress and abundance of quality pillows, the clothes washer/dryer, as well as satellite tv channels, youtube, netflix etc. In 60-75F temperatures we were very comfortable using the portable AC and abundant floor and ceiling fans. We would look forward to staying again at this hidden gem!Show More

The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to Gloucester Road, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to the Tube for the West End and other parts of the city. It is also safe to walk around even at night. The apartment itself is spacious, cosy, and fully set up like a real home, which makes it ideal for families or extended stays. You get the comfort and privacy of an apartment with the convenience of daily housekeeping. The front desk team were friendly, professional, and always willing to help (a real plus). I’d highly recommend Collingham to anyone looking for a family-friendly base in London or an Airbnb-style stay with much better service and reliability.Show More

The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived there were stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and a lingering smell that never went away. The staff were polite but unhelpful when I raised my concern. To make matters worse, the walls were so thin that I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring units late into the night. Overall, the stay was frustrating and far below expectations for the price. I would not recommend this property until management makes serious improvements to cleanliness, service, and maintenance.Show More
