Room was nice. When we arrived the neighbouring room had their TV on loud. Asked front desk and they immediately dealt with it.
Mattress was comfy. A variety of pillows. Nice view out over the water. Easy to control the temperature in the room.

The hotel has a great central downtown location. Close to all the shops, restaurants and bars that Kingston's beautiful downtown has to offer. This year we got a lakeview room that we very much enjoyed and the staff there has always been great to deal with. We look forward to our next stay at this property.

The location is ideal if you are in downtown Kingston. A couple blocks from Slush Puppy Place. Close to good restaurants and bars.

Conveniently located and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my every needs. Love this hotel and I’m a regular and when I come to Kingston I always stay at confederation place. Great Lake view too!

Ted, the night manager, was very friendly and funny!
Our room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the boxed breakfast in the morning.
The hotel is in a great location for exploring downtown Kingston. We will be back!
