In my 40 years of travelling I have never been more displeased. The check out day I left the hotel to visit with family only to return to my room to check out and the staff had check me out! That’s right, my things where packed and brought down to reception. When I demanded an explanation they said well we assumed you check out and left your bags on your bed? No one from the hotel tried to contact me even if they had my contact information. My experience was dismissed no apology was offered . I won’t be return to that motel to have people go through my things is unacceptable. I left my room at 8am to return on time for the 11am check out.Show More

The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with two large sinks. Free parking on site. Not the hotels fault, I know, but yo...Always going to have a bit of a downer on this hotel when one of our 2 nights was disrupted by a car alarm outside our room for 3 hours in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault, I know, but you'd at least expect a little sympathy, rather than a shrug of the shoulders. Also disappointed that the meagre breakfast came with a a charge, since the room rate wasn't particularly cheap. Location was ok, but not really walkable to town. Big supermarket next door was helpful. Also there was an a decent outdoor space to relax/eat, which many corporate hotels don't have. The room was also a pleasant space to be, with a comfortable bed.Show More
