This is a wonderful hotel. The views are spectacular. We loved the restaurants! Sunset at the bar. Rooms were good. Front desk people were great. What frustrated us was the confusion on parking. We were told we could only valet park. Self parking was never given to us as an option even though we asked the valet at the front. I find out from a friend that stayed as well they had self parked for the night. We were never helped either. These guys just stood there talking as my wife and I unloaded things. Not like any valet or bellman service I've experienced anywhere else. Very poor and irritating. Besides that I would like to say we enjoyed this location. It's not actually in Tampa it's on a small plot of land on the bay between Tampa and Clearwater. Worth the stay.Show More
