I was in town on business and had a small issue with my room the first evening. The way your team handled it was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and with such professionalism and kindness. I travel often and stay at many hotels around the world, but the level of service I experienced at your property truly stood out. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guest experience. I also want to recognize Steven F. Dad, who was incredible throughout my stay. His professionalism and attention to detail really made an impression. Please pass along my sincere thanks to your entire team. I’ll absolutely be staying at the Hilton Downtown Tampa again on my next trip.Show More

The property is nice - our room overlooked the pool. The pool was delightful - great service poolside! Great proximity to Benchmark International Arena for the Bolts-Hawks game. I then checked in early with no problem. The desk clerk was friendly and professional and I was soon in my room. I had a city view, which was just fine. The room was good sized and very clean. The bathroom was bright. The bed was comfortable with plenty of good pillows. I walked to the convention center a couple of times a day. The walk is a little long, but manageable. The route google suggested at first was not good. I would suggest finding the waterside path, which is a little longer but much better. I had no problems or issues with this Hilton visit.Show More
