High score on hospitality imo. Rooms were clean. Amenities weee plentiful. And there were just too many towels to use. Breakfast, although repeated, was good. You have a choice of buffet at B2 or set western or jap breakfast at level 2. I had access to level 21 club lounge, which provided free light bites and alcohol (in the evenings) for my stay.Show More

It was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient to many restaurants, transportation hubs and Ginza area. When I return to Tokyo, this will be my first choice and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.Show More
