Staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking is overpriced ( $17 a night) and not monitored. Only 3 accessible parking spots could be found. Watch for hiding fees. Main entrance is bright and welcoming. Dinning area is clean and quite large. Carpets in the halls need to be cleaned or replaced. Elevators were dirty. Second floor was disappointing. Carpets are old and dirty. Windows needed to be cleaned. Strong smell of marijuana in the halls. Walls need to be cleaned and painted. Rooms were very small. Washroom wasn't even big enough to move around in. It was the size of a closet " water closet ". You could literally sit on the toilet and soak your feet in the tub. The sink was out in the bedroom. Toilet seat was broke. Carpet in the rooms were terrible. Walls had snot on them. Bedside tables and lamps were covered in dust. Beds were awful. You literally sink in it. Not comfortable at all. Pillows need to be replaced. No ironing board or iron in rooms. No safe. One small closet with 4 hangers to use. View from the room was dumpsters. Not a quit location due to outside attractions. You can hear everything from the next room and the room above. Very little water pressure. Breakfast was nice but over priced for what's offered. The location of this hotel is perfect! it close to everything on Clifton hill and the falls. We walked everywhere which was exactly what we wanted. The falls were about a 15 minute walk!! The falls were about a 15 minute walk!! The hotel itself is old and could use a good renovation. We had a ground floor suite, it was nice and big with a pull out couch for the kids sleep on. The mattress in the couch was thin and my kids said it was very uncomfortable. Our mattress in the bedroom was super hard and stiff, it had springs that dug into my side and made for a restless night. The carpet is old and the molding around the hotel is chipping. Also the breakfast cost about $40 american dollars and could have been better. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay this is perfect for a quick getaway but i wouldn't stay in long term. We stayed 1 night with a family of 6 customer service and check in great and fast also was able to check in 3.5 hours early which is always nice when you have younger kids room was ok AC great dirty w...We stayed 1 night with a family of 6 customer service and check in great and fast also was able to check in 3.5 hours early which is always nice when you have younger kids room was ok AC great dirty walls but it was ok also had 3-4 lights needed to be changed so had two small problems 1 if you want to sleep good don’t stay here there is a night club that plays very loud music till 4am especially if your on the left hand side of the hotel 2nd problem they should be checking their smoke detectors as ours decided to go off at 6am as they were expired my one friend had breakfast they offered for a fee she said it was excellent checkout was fast and easy front desk has smiles all around Show More

The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from all of the main attractions as well as a Starbucks and Tim Hortons (depending on how quickly you move). In fact, we kept our car parked for two days and walked everywhere. Staff were pleasant, breakfast buffet was simple yet had everything we needed, and a swim in the pool at 9am for an hour before check out was a great was to end the trip. Show More
