This property is extremely unsafe the amount of parties that we’re going on full on witness drug deals happening in their parking lot and behind the building garbage everywhere the odour coming from t...This property is extremely unsafe the amount of parties that we’re going on full on witness drug deals happening in their parking lot and behind the building garbage everywhere the odour coming from the hallways where the carpet is it’s a smell of urine, mold, death all mixed into one the rooms are falling apart And smells so bad there was vomit on the wall beside the toilet. Our handle came off of the faucet, the chairs were covered in stains we requested to be switched rooms. The room they switched us to was worse! We seriously questioned whether the sheets were even cleane. The bath towels were so stained and gross!They do not wash the top bedspreads! You couldn’t pay me enough to stay at this hotel again it was a last-minute booking with very limited space in Niagara. No matter the reason we book this hotel… NO HOTEL should be allowed to operate in this condition! Do not take your family here. If I could give it a negative star rating I would!!!!!! Show More

I had mistakingly booked here thinking it was a Hotel and up...It was a disappointment staying here, the pictures and reviews were deceiving as they did not accurately describe the state of the “Motel”. I had mistakingly booked here thinking it was a Hotel and upon arrival were greeted by a rude front desk staff who clearly did not like her job and we had to change rooms as the room we originally booked was dirty and had black mold in the bathroom. The second room was cleaner however the entire outside of the Motel was filthy and desperately in need of a facelift , at the very least to make up for sub par staff and customer service. I am not sure where these other “great reviews” came from but this is an honest review from someone who is not staff or related to staff. As far as affordability, you are NOT saving money staying here, spend the extra $5 bucks and go to a Comfort Inn or Days Inn (anywhere but here) thankfully there was an IHOP just up the street. Most of the guests seemed to be families, so the atmosphere was quiet and safe. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s best to bring your own towels and possibly a blanket or bedspread. The provided towels, although seemingly clean,but had dark stains everywhere, and the top blanket had some white stains, so I ended up putting it on the floor and avoiding using it. Breakfast is also not something to rely on here. But you can’t expect a good breakfast for the price of 134$ with tax😌 So that’s why it’s fine with me. I just didn’t eat there. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to spend the night. Next time, I’ll make sure to bring my own towels and blanket. Show More

Door room key deactivated next day at 11; if you are staying for more than one night you need to have your card reactivated at the front desk and no one told us that. Continental breakfast is very minimal but can suffice. We went to ihop across the street instead. Bed sheets are very stiff and there are no blankets. There’s just a sheet and a duvet that is slippery so it constantly slides off the bed. Further away from the falls than expected; it’s about a 2 mile walk to the Canadian falls. Staff were pleasant, beds were comfortable enough. Not a “safe” feeling atmosphere when walking to/from the hotel at night. Area surrounding it is not well lit. Show More
