We were very happy with our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — we could easily walk to Times Square, the subway station, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The hotel’s location is excellent — we could easily walk to Times Square, the subway station, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The cleanliness was also impressive; whenever we requested housekeeping, we always returned to a tidy and spotless room. For guests with breakfast included, there is a breakfast plate and one drink offered each morning in the breakfast area. It’s not a buffet-style breakfast, so expectations should be set accordingly, but it was convenient. I’d also like to mention Leon, who works in the restaurant section; he was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Another nice feature was the daily $25 credit provided per room to use at the café in the lobby. We used it for water, coffee, and sometimes a brownie, which was a pleasant extra service. Although there was a small mix-up on the last day regarding breakfast charges (even though breakfast was included in our rate), the reception staff handled it very professionally. They carefully checked the receipts, corrected the mistake, and informed us that the $150 deposit taken at check-in would be refunded to our card within 15 days. If the deposit return goes smoothly, we would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to New York, as the location is great and the staff are consistently friendly.
