Total 208.74 which was advertised in C$. After payment, they issued a breakdown stating the price was quoted in US dollars charging my card C$297.19 which was higher than the US dollar conversion. Contacted Bookety.com and no response. Horrible and very dirty place. I Spent most of my time cleaning and away from it. Bugs and holes in the sofa, Internet, and TV, not working, no towels, bedding full of hair and smelly. total nightmare. Daniel runs this shady place and never responded. I should have read the reviews before booking.Show More

I understand this is an apartelle with no receptionist at the location but if there are customer needs that are urgent/communicated to property personnel, there should be someone to address our needs. Our reservation was for 3 people but we were not given extra bed, extra pillow and extra towel for the third person. We contacted them but they said they were contacting the host which we realized was non-existent. We were charged extra guest fee but did not receive any service/amenity for the 3rd person. I would not recommend this place to anyone!Show More
