From check-in onward, everything felt smooth and well organized. The hotel has a warm, modern atmosphere, and the team made me feel welcomed right away. My room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedding and well-kept amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining everything without being intrusive. The location was convenient and surprisingly quiet, which made the stay even better. Every interaction with the staff was positive, and their professionalism really stood out. We were in town to eat some good food & see Hamilton. For the places we wanted to go, it was a great location in terms of being able to walk to our destination or get to a subway station. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got into the city a little early and while there was not a room available immediately, Romaine was amazing and checked us in and put us on the list incase anything became available. Alvaro made sure our bags were secure while we went to explore the city until our room was ready. When we returned and our room was ready, both were still on duty to get us checked in, gave us our cookie & Alvaro remembered our bags right away! I would definitely stay here again, would recommend!Show More
