Hotelin hemen yanında eleven market var ihtiyaçlarınızı alabilirsiniz. Görültü konusuna gelince sabaha kadar insan sesleri, sirenler, araba sesleri şehir gerçekten uyumuyor. Ses hassasiyetiniz varsa tercih etmeyin ben sevdiğim için sıkıntı yaşamadım. Temizlik: her gün temizlik yapılıyor ama zaman zaman saçlı havlular denk geldi. İnternet: fena değil işimizi gördü Küçük olması yorumlarda yazılıyor ama bu ülkede yüksek bütçeyi barınmaya ayırmazsanız aşağı yukarı bu fiyatlarda bu hotellerin hepsi böyle rahat rahat 2-3 valizi odanızın ortasında açamıyorsunuz ama abartılacak gibi de değil. Klima bozuktu aradım hemen reaksiyon gösterip tamir ettiler. Ben girişte rica ettim biraz yüksekten manzaralı oda verir misiniz diye sağolsun yardımcı oldular. 200$ a yakın bir depozito aldılar girişte. 3 asansör var hotel 29 katlı Asansörlerde ayna yok kapalı alan korkusu olanlar için bilgi vermiş olayım. Yoğun saatlerde biraz asansör sırası olabiliyor. Hotelin kahvaltısı fena değil ama saçma pahalı dışarıda çok daha uyguna güzel bir şekilde doyabilirsiniz koca bir dilim pizzanın 1.5 dolar olduğu şehirde kahvaltıya 25-30$ vermek mantıklı gelmedi Hotel maddison square’ye çok yakın ayarlayabilirseniz mutlaka bi NBA maçına gidin Hotelin en üst katında kendi roofu var bir şey yiyip içmeseniz bile mutlaka çıkıp keyfini çıkarın:)Show More

The hotel was comfortable, well-located, and exactly what we needed for our stay in the city. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Tanika at the front desk was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming—she made check-in smooth and genuinely made us feel valued as part of Hilton Honors family. Francisco from the bell desk went above and beyond with his kindness, helpfulness, and attention to detail, making our arrival and departure seamless. It’s rare to encounter such consistently friendly and attentive service, especially during the busy holiday season, and it made a real difference in our stay. Kudos to the management for having such a great team. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City.Show More
