Pros:
-I felt extremely safe for a solo female traveler.
-Beds were very comfortable!

-Conveniently located to restaurants, Times Square etc.
-Checked in on a Friday, line was insanely long, took 45 minutes buuut I will say that the front desk did a great job of managing the crowd by passing out waters, cookies, and I was lucky enough to get a one night complimentary (no I did not ask for it).
-Rooms were clean.
Cons:
-The hotel is so big, check in on a Friday had a long line.
-So many people in the hotel, it takes 5-10 minutes to get in the elevator since there is a line.
-At least a 10 minutes walk to a subway station.
-Rooms are small
-Bathroom is small
-No mini fridge in the room, I even requested one but they never got back to me.
- I had asked to extend my stay and I felt that the communication on whether or not I can stay in the same room was not communicated clearly enough. I ended up packing all of my stuff, went to the front desk just for them to tell me I was able to stay in my room. I did not receive an apology, I was just told “I texted you”. That was annoying but I let it be.
Overall decent price for the area, I would recommend it for folks who want a brand name hotel, without the bells & whistles, safety, with a more affordable price but don’t plan to spend too much time in their room.
I was only in my room between 10pm -10am
I can’t remember the woman who helped me at check-in!!! She wrote her name on the back of her card but I lost it! Better late than never for this review. May her pillow always be cool and skin always radiant.Show More
