Plush Residence is in a great location. That really was the only “plus”. It was a nightmare to get in to the suite. First, the code provided didn’t work to get into the building. After someone let me ...Plush Residence is in a great location. That really was the only “plus”. It was a nightmare to get in to the suite. First, the code provided didn’t work to get into the building. After someone let me in, I go to the suite 1012 to find it locked. I called 2-3 times. No answer. I emailed and no response. So walked back to Union Station to try to sort this out and potentially look for another location for the night. Finally, someone called me back and stated the door was jammed. She’d re-set it and it should be fine. So I walk back, only to find code still won’t work to get in the building. I sneak in as someone comes out and go up to 10th floor suite 1012 at 14 York St. and the suite is unlocked. Once inside, I realize the suite smells. The floors were streaky, like they’d washed them with dirty water and they were sticky in spots. The carpet in bedroom was disgusting. The unit walls were worn, dirty, scratched. This place was not fresh, it smelled, and was dirty. Linens were clean, thank goodness, but checked for bed bugs (there were none!) and saw condom wrapper under the bed. The blinds were falling apart and tv didn’t work. I could go on. I would not recommend this property.Show More

Peu de couvertures pour le canapé-lit. Si les frais supplémentaires (100$) chargés sont pour le service de nettoyage... et bien c’est cher payé pour ce qui est offert. Aucun savon, shampooing pour la salle de bain. Point positif: très bien situé!Show More

Could not get into the building with the instructions given called they wouldn’t return our calls waited 50 minutes had to follow someone into the building called again woman finally answered we went ...Could not get into the building with the instructions given called they wouldn’t return our calls waited 50 minutes had to follow someone into the building called again woman finally answered we went up to the apartment door was supposed to be unlocked but it was locked had to call again thank goodness she answered and let us in using an app on her phone. Once inside We found the place had not been cleaned the kitchen was dirty,dirty sticky food finger prints was gross,,coffee pot wasn’t cleaned still had coffee in it. there was garbage and they did not replenish coffee, sugar etc..had open half used containers.the blinds were broken so I had to fix it otherwise the building across could see in. The bed was hard as a rock mattress did not have mattress cover no hand towels in bathroom plus used creams and shampoos ,no pillowcases for the extra pillows. The location was great condo was not.Show More
