Check-in complicated and slow. 3 of 4 lifts out of order on arrival and 26th floor was not by stairs with luggage! - which made it 50 minutes to get to our room. Thankfully, the lifts all working the following day. The bed was very poor (rolled into the middle) and the room was quite noisy from outside and the TV was not connected/poor instructions. I left after five minutes of seeing the condo. I booked it because of the reviews but what I saw was completely different. Floors in the dinning room and living were not cleaned and the linens in both...I left after five minutes of seeing the condo. I booked it because of the reviews but what I saw was completely different. Floors in the dinning room and living were not cleaned and the linens in both bedrooms were disgusting - full of hair and other particles! It was a horrible start to the trip and I booked a stay at the Marriott instead. The bathrooms did look okay though. Will not book this condo again!Show More

The location is great and the price is reasonable to be downtown. I had meetings at 2 different locations downtown and I was only a 6 city blocks from from either location. I was also less than a 10...The location is great and the price is reasonable to be downtown. I had meetings at 2 different locations downtown and I was only a 6 city blocks from from either location. I was also less than a 10 minute walk from the Airport shuttle drop off location. All you need is beverages and snacks, everything else is there, including kitchen accessories. The TV is a bit cumbersome to figure out.Show More
