We stayed at Dream Hollywood for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely spacious room with a nice view of LA. We had a lovely spacious room with a nice view of LA. We found the beds to be comfy, shower was great as well as a good coffee machine. We also noticed the hotel did offer free coffee at the bar area near reception what was handy if you wanted a drink when you headed out. Hotel location was good, just round the corner from the Hollywood walk of fame and close to some shops such as 7-eleven, Dunkin and some fast food restaurants. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop terrace with some lovely views of the Hollywood sign. It also has a rooftop pool that looked amazing but unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to take advantage of this. We did have issues on our first night with other guests next door (after being given an interconnecting room) to us who were shouting, drinking and playing music loud at 2am in the morning but after a phone call to reception they had someone from security up pronto to knock on the door and tell them to go to bed so thank you for that. Unfortunately though as we visited over a weekend the hotel is next door to a nightclub that we weren’t aware of and the music is continuous till past 3am with the music vibrating through the walls what made it hard to sleep with a constant music base playing. There was no heads up or warning about this and it did make it hard to sleep. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy and we would recommend this hotel to others as well as stay again.Show More

Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr behilflich und hip angezogen, mitunter etwas sehr legere gekleidet für meinen Geschmack. Der Sunset Boulevard ist zu Fuss gut und einfach zu erreichen.Show More

We had reserved and p...We have stayed at the Dream Hotel 5 times over the past year. The rooms are small but clean and it has been efficient for our needs. However, this time, we arrived around 9pm. We had reserved and pre-paid for two queen bedroom. The front desk told us all rooms were sold out, and they would have to send us to a sister property. After I expressed my displeasure, including that there were clearly rooms that were available b/c I could see a stack of printed out keys already on the desk, they found a room with a king bed available, which we took, especially because we had already valet parked (for $65) the car. There was no explanation for overselling our room. The next day we went to the gym. One treadmill was broken and one was stuck on a 7% incline and could not be lowered. Gym also did not seem clean. Overpriced parking, unavailable rooms (others were also being turned away) for an over $300/night room is unacceptable.Show More
