This review is focused on the outstanding service I received each morning at th...My stay at the Embassy Suites Times Square was very pleasant which all categories met or exceeded the Hilton standards. This review is focused on the outstanding service I received each morning at the Embassy breakfast during my 4 days stay. The chef who prepared my omelet as ordered got my day started with a smile. I also want to recognize the entire kitchen Team who kept the utensils, clean dishes, various fruits, pastries, hot and cold sides replenished during the very busy breakfast hours as the hotel was full of holiday guests. I want to specifically recognize the breakfast “Runner”, Ms Lina. I witnessed Ms Lina doing whatever the Team needed her to do in order to make sure each guest received their eggs to order in a timely manner, she also made sure the guests had a clean table to eat their breakfast, for the guests waiting to take their orders to go Ms Lina would walk the around the 2 dining areas looking for the guest by calling their names ensuring the guest received their ordered food promptly and hot. The most important thing I witnessed Ms. Lina was to greet and address each guest in a polite manner (Mam or Sir) and she had a contagious smile on her face. I know this should be standard operations but I have been to many places where the staff would barely look at the guest with absolutely no greetings so when Ms Lina did this on a continuous basis it stuck out to me. Ms Lina had no idea I was a Lifetime Diamond Hilton Honors member yet her hospitality and kindness exceeded all expectations not just for myself but with all of the guests. I give Ms Lina a solid 5 out of 5 in all areas of hotel hospitality!! I give my strongest recommendation of staying at Embassy Suites Times Square when visiting NYC and be sure to take advantage of the awesome free Embassy breakfast daily during your stay.Show More

Listen, it’s small. The lobby is small, the restaurant is small, the elevators are small, the hallways are small and the rooms are SMALL. Probably the tiniest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. That be...Listen, it’s small. The lobby is small, the restaurant is small, the elevators are small, the hallways are small and the rooms are SMALL. Probably the tiniest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. That being said- the location is unmatched, the staff is exceptional, and the amenities are what you’d expect from any other embassy suites. We stayed here for the week of thanksgiving and will be back. The parade goes right by the hotel. Like I’m talking you step out the front door of the lobby and look to the left and you can literally just sit and watch the parade from there. The room was TINY and a little dated. But it also had a king size bed plus a full size pullout where most rooms in the city you will only find 2 double beds - not even 2 queens. So the sleeping surface area is actually larger than what you’ll find elsewhere. We were 2 adults and 1 kid in the room and with the bed pulled out there was close to zero walking space. But really it’s a place to sleep. So we didn’t mind much. Walking distance to Times Square, Broadway, and many other locations. They also had their own car service so you don’t even have to hail a cab! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. If you don’t use the restaurant credit every day you lose it- so grab a quick bite before or after the FREE happy hour (2 free alcoholic drinks per adult in the room, plus they had soda and light snacks). If you’re looking for frills- this ain’t it. If you’re looking for a family friendly hotel with an incredible location you’ve found it!Show More
