There are both good and bad parts to this story, but unfortunately the entire operation has gone downhill. The staff, like Sarie, were great considering what they had to work with. The house was "okay", but nothing like previously provided and definitely not as pictured! Be wary that they don't show your actual house before you book!! Carpets were dirty, very very worn and smelled bad. At the end, when we removed sheets, as they require, we found the mattress cover had urine stains. The pool lounge furniture was rotten, moldy cushions that were falling apart. Management responded by trying to pressure wash them, but that didn't resolve anything. We asked them to remove it so it wouldn't ruin our pool pics and that took 3 days. The kitchen had 2 plastic cups for 11 ppl, hardly any other kitchen equipment- and what they did have was mismatched. When you spend $$$$ for a week, I would have expected much better. When I complained, I was given a $150 credit, which was something, but hardly compensation. At least we all loved the Encore water park. It's a lot of fun for the whole family. Just be aware that now they will close down the restaurants, pool bar and even park areas for private parties. We paid for the amenities and its bad they are closed for those paying more. Coffee shop closes at 4PM. Water park closes early, at 6, too. After years of staying here, this operation needs a huge refresh. Won't be coming back unless that happens.Show More

Terrible property. Supposed to be a luxury community, which the homes are, but very ghetto. Parties going on to 5am despite having a 10pm noise ordinance in place. The livingroom tv was broken and from reading reviews this is a common occurrence. They send someone out to tell you it needs to be replaced but it won't be replaced during your stay. There was trash left in the kitchen which told me the property was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The pool was dirty, there was a broken closet door, and walls were dirty. The shuttle only picks up for parks at one time so if you are expecting multiple shuttles you will be disappointed. Probably best to rent a vehicle. There is a restaurant on property but they don't serve breakfast. Overall, this was a terrible experience and the front desk did nothing to make things better. They did not even offer to move us to a different hime even after experiencing the noise from multiple parties during our entire stay. It was horrific not good for kids. The water park was the only pleasant experience. Show More

Great experience at Encore Reunion. We were upgraded to a larger home and the kids were ecstatic to have a pool to call their own. Beds were comfy and the AC was true on both floors. Beds were comfy and the AC was true on both floors. The only negatives were that the amazing house was woefully under equipped with amenities. No propane for the grill (unless purchased). A large kitchen with very few cooking items or utensils. No salt/pepper or even regular coffee packs for the maker (only decaf?!) . It honestly didn't feel like they wanted you to cook in order to maybe attend their restaurants?? Hmmm...LOL The waterpark was tremendous though. It was like a resort within itself. Never overcrowded and really clean. We didn't experience any of the restaurants since one was closed the day we were going to visit. It's a very short trip to Disney and Kissimmee offers up everything you need for groceries, souvenirs and restaurants. All in all, it was a great experience and we'd certainly return.Show More

Cleanliness in and around pool was dirty. Pool filter was not working, Inside air hockey game was not safe, broken garburator, broken dishwasher, dining chair missing, issues with front desk management office phones not working. Double deposit on my credit card and they said my bank had to fix. The resort finally fixed the issue. I dealt with Erin and he was good to deal with. I spent half of my vacation waiting for workers to fix all the issues. This is a quick snap but there was more and it was all tracked in Expedia emails as Expedia always was dealing directly with the resort. Thank you Expedia.
