Desde el primer momento se mostraron muy flexibles con el check-in y el check-out, algo que me preocupaba porque el horario regular es a las 4 p.m., lo cual era tarde para mí. Sin embargo, se encargaron de guardar mis maletas y permitirme usar las instalaciones hasta llegar la hora de entrar a la habitación lo cual fue bastante conveniente para mi, tienen un baño familiar con ducha abajo, lo cual me facilitó entrar a la piscina y después poder duchar a mi hija antes de entrar a la habitación sin ningún problema. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, desde quienes trabajan en la limpieza, hasta quienes atienden el desayuno y el bufé. De verdad parece que todos reciben una capacitación especial antes de trabajar aquí, porque la atención es excelente. En recepción, Andrea y Dairy fueron especialmente atentas. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotras en todo momento y me hicieron sentir como en casa, incluso cuando mi estancia fue solo por una noche para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hija. Gracias a ellas y a todo el equipo, quedé con ganas de volver. Honestamente, tendría que mencionar a cada persona que trabaja allí, porque absolutamente todos fueron respetuosos, atentos y con una actitud maravillosa. Nadie tuvo una mala cara, nadie se mostró molesto, y si alguien no sabía algo, siempre buscaban a quien pudiera ayudar. La atención al cliente es un 20/10. El desayuno también merece una mención especial: muy variado, fresco y con un pequeño show que vi que los niños más grandes disfrutaron muchísimo. Viajo con una niña pequeña, así que siempre cuido lo que come, y aquí todo se veía en excelente estado, lo cual me dio mucha tranquilidad. Las amenidades para niños son increíbles y tal cual como aparecen en las fotos, incluso más bonitas. I arrived with a confirmed reservation, only to be told at check-in that my room was “unexpectedly unavailable.” Despite having booked well in advance, the hotel made no effort to notify me beforehand. Instead, they informed me on the spot and acted as if this huge inconvenience was no big deal. And I had specifically booked this hotel because of the great reviews, but I unfortunately did not get to experience the hospitality of this place. They moved me to their sister. Hotel called the Palazzo and told me to make my own way there , A hotel that cannot honor confirmed bookings—and doesn’t even bother to communicate beforehand—is simply unacceptable. I would NOT recommend staying here, and I certainly will not be returning. On the other hand, the Palazzo Was accommodating.Show More
