We stayed in a superior suite and it was extremely clean and spotless. The bed was super comfortable, the rain shower was fantastic, and breakfast was refreshing and delicious. But the hotel’s most valuable asset and what truly made our stay unforgettable was the team. I was concerned about noise, and they gave us a quiet room on the 6th floor with a garden view. We arrived after a long flight at 3:00 AM, and Luis made our check-in fast and smooth. The breakfast crew were very kind and welcoming. Mariano offered me samples of different types of Vermouth (make sure to try this Argentine drink!), explained the differences, and made an excellent cocktail for me. The Fernet cocktail that Augustino prepared for me was also very refreshing. We needed to check out at 6:00 AM, before breakfast hours. The day before, I received a thoughtful text message from Coral offering to prepare an early breakfast for our room—something I hadn’t requested. It was unexpected and incredibly caring. Dyor delivered our breakfast early in the morning, with even more items than we had asked for, and made sure we had everything we needed, including a ride to the airport. If you plan to stay in the Palermo area, look no further. Fierro Hotel and its team are fantastic.Show More

If I’d experienced the lovely room (with a balcony looking out onto a leafy tree), the very comfortable bed, the cleanliness, and the excellent breakfast earlier in my stay I would have left my mediocre Airbnb for the Fierro immediately. I should also mention the courtesy of the staff and the great location—so close to excellent restaurants (I highly recommend La Pescadorita — and I’m very picky about fish!), good shopping, and convenience to other great neighborhoods in B.A. When (not “if”) I return to Buenos Aires, I’ll be sure to stay at the Fierro!Show More

The staff are fantastic too: available, super friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable and supportive at all hours of day and night.
