The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we ar...We came here without a prior booking after checking out early from another hotel due to a bad experience — and I’m so glad we did. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The concierge went above and beyond, even suggesting that we look online for better deals before booking. There was a small mix-up with our online reservation, but Jose was exceptionally patient and helped us sort everything out quickly so we could relax and enjoy our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The thermostat worked perfectly, and despite being close to Times Square and the subway in a prime location, it was surprisingly quiet at night. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day, but as soon as we mentioned it to the staff, they made sure it didn’t happen again and provided excellent service for the rest of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again.Show More
