Το δωμάτιο ηταν καθαρό αλλά κ του ελειπαν βασικα ειδη ατομικής υγιεινής που περιγραφοταν στο booking (π.χ., παντοφλες) και επρεπε να αναγκαζόμαστε να ζητησουμε το καθετί. Τέλος μας τοποθετησαν δύο βρεφικά κρεβατάκια, ενω αλλα ξενοδοχεία μπορουσαν να προσθέσουν μονο ενα. Θα ηταν καλή παροχή (δεν υπηρχε) στο μέλλον το να μπορει να μπει μια αλλαξιερα στο μπάνιο και να παρεχεται και ενα βρεφικό καρεκλακι φαγητού στο δωμάτιο (και τα δυο κοστίζουν ελάχιστα).Show More

Two of the three elevators were broken when we checked in, which made getting in and ou...This hotel was just ok. Located in a pretty good location in Whitechapel. Cleanliness of the hotel was good. Two of the three elevators were broken when we checked in, which made getting in and out difficult. A few things left to be desired: self-check in at a kiosk was frustrating and probably took longer than checking in at the desk would have...but there was no one at the desk for most of our stay. There was sometimes someone on a laptop sitting close to the desk, who could have worked there (?) but they made no effort to greet guests or offer assistance or even look up from whatever they were doing. Maybe they were guests themselves, who knows? Second, whoever designed the rooms paid little attention to function and seems never to have used a hotel room before. Our "studio" had a long corridor inside the door, leading to a galley kitchen, then a weird diagonal entrance to the bedroom, which was almost entirely filled by the (full-sized) bed. Why? Most ridiculous, the kitchen sink was 6 inches across. Literally impossible to put a plate in the sink, and washing/rinsing anything led to puddles of water all over the counters. Bizarre and not usable. There was no explanation of where to dispose of garbage and no way to get things like fresh towels or toilet paper. We ended up putting garbage in the stairwell and it was removed later. Really kind of a weird hotel experience and seemed to be geared to groups of young adults on holiday who maybe have never stayed in a hotel before. But they have free yoga classes, so, if you've never stayed in a hotel before, don't need to wash dishes or throw out garbage, but really care about your hotel having free yoga, this is the place for you.Show More

Non è perfettamente in centro, essendo spostato un po' a est del centro città, ma da qui si può facilmente raggiungere ogni punto della città in tempi ragionevoli e risparmiare sul costo dell'alloggio. La colazione è nella norma, alcune alternative dolci e salate con bevande/caffè/succhi. Acqua gratis h24 con la possibilità di riempire le due bottiglie di vetro che vi fanno trovare in frigo. Camere pulite e ben arredate, bagno grande il giusto, per me è l'hotel in cui soggiorno ogni volta che vado a Londra. Interessante la possibilità di noleggiare nella hall ombrelli, powerbank e di chiamare Uber.Show More
