Lovely breakfast, the staff is amazing and very friendly! The room was always in perfect condition and I felt very supported while navigating all business events I had to attend throughout my stay. ☺️Lovely breakfast, the staff is amazing and very friendly! I loved our room, the Japanese feel with the sliding door and tatami mats. I especially loved our little sun room, the amazing water pressure in the shower, and how much space there was. I also loved the public baths and used them most nights instead of my private room bath. The staff was incredible, they were so kind and went above and beyond to welcome us and help us whenever we needed. They treated us to matcha when we arrived, left Japanese sweets in our room each day, and made a small origami crane for us to bring with us for good luck. We carried the crane with us the whole trip, we loved it! Also, the location was unbeatable! We were in walking distance to the main street, Maruyama park, and many of our destinations, and we were right next to a bus stop for those destinations that weren't in walking distance.Show More
