So the property was fine but the Simply Comfort property management company was awful. I will never use them again. I was suspicious about paying a damage deposit through PayPal so I asked Expedia to ...So the property was fine but the Simply Comfort property management company was awful. I will never use them again. I was suspicious about paying a damage deposit through PayPal so I asked Expedia to verify that it was okay, which Expedia did. Then after this damage deposit was processed, I got 6 suspicious PayPal charges for small amounts. Then they didn't process my damage deposit refund until Expedia called them. So, it was a huge debacle of having to cancel my card due to suspicious activity after using a Paypal link to pay for the damage deposit. Never again.Show More

The billing was confusing since we booked it over the phone with expidia and they mentioned the rate of 73$ and the full amount for the 4 nights but never mentioned 60$ property fee and the difference between the rates from $73 up to $80 depending on the day. Those billing details were disappointing. We have might payed any way but not been clear from the beginning was not cool. Show More
