We were unaware until we arrived that this property was not a hotel, but some kind of residential building. There was no ‘receptionist’ in the lobby and we were confused as to how to check in (admitte...We were unaware until we arrived that this property was not a hotel, but some kind of residential building. There was no ‘receptionist’ in the lobby and we were confused as to how to check in (admittedly we arrived early). The security guard told us we were not on their list. It wasn’t until later that I received a text from someone giving us check in instructions. After that, all was fine, but the unit did not have supplies like tissues, for example, that would normally be found in a hotel room. There also wasn’t anything like a ‘sundry shop’ on the premises to get a snack, and no instructions on how to use the TV. The location however was perfect for our itinerary! Show More

This property was a condo rental. The owner was very nice. Helped us get in for parking. The area was very nice. My daughter and I went walking around and felt very safe. My daughter and I stayed here to attend a concert. We were so delighted with the accommodations. Everything was wonderful including the property and the location. Check in and out was easy, communicat...My daughter and I stayed here to attend a concert. We were so delighted with the accommodations.
