Visited 24-27 February with my 18 year old daughter to celebrate her Birthday. We could’ve booked a cheaper hotel but knew the Hard Rock brand has a high standard so expected this on our visit.
On arrival there wasn’t anyone to greet us or take our luggage for us, however arrived around midday and expected to drop our luggage and go and sightsee until our room was available. Was surprised that it was ready, was great to get in our room and shower before going out. Room was nicer and bigger than expected, the shower was perfect. Toiletries smelt delightful and didn’t even use what we took! Safe in wardrobe was easy to use, took a while to get the coffee machine to work but was a great addition to the room once working. Location was ideal for us, close to Rockefeller Centre and Times Square and many subway stations. On our first night was woken by the smoke alarm, was frustrating as been awake 25 hours due to travelling etc. thankfully was just a blip and didn’t go off again during our stay. The maid always left our room spotless and refilled water and coffee pods, definitely worth leaving a tip. Visited the Rooftop Bar just the once as under 21’s are not allowed in after 5pm, was a shame as a lovely bar and happy hour, lovely friendly bar tenders.
Little Italy Pizza Shop is only a couple of doors away, we loved the pizza and nothing at home has hit the spot since returning home!
We checked out in the morning and left our luggage with the bell boy, arrived back late afternoon and they couldn’t do enough for us. Hailed us a cab and placed our luggage in the boot. Had a nice stay and looking to return.
Only downside is, I’m still waiting for the deposit to be returned 15 days after I’ve returned home. I haven’t got an issue paying the deposit but not sure why it takes so long, especially as paid on a debit card!

10/10 Good choice
We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel after recommendations from friends and were really happy with our choice. It was close to a lot of the sights and attractions we wanted to see and just off Times Square. The Bell Staff were really friendly and helpful, 10/10. Our room was on the 30th floor, it was really quiet and generous in size even with our son sharing.
There were dressing gowns, bottled water, coffee making facilities and a fridge in our room also toiletries and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The beds were clean, comfortable and a good size.
The hotel and room were very clean and well presented.
Thank you for a lovely first trip to New York.

Location is every thing and good service is the icing on the cake. The staff are great and welcoming, suites very spacious and amenities and roof top bar are all extra perks. Best value in the area a few blocks to most theaters and restaraunts. Have booked 8 weekends this year alone. Terrific place.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, bang in the centre of Times square.
The staff were all very friendly and very courteous and professional. Our room was exceptional. We got a free upgrade to a king suite. It was large and comfortable with an amazing shower and very cosy bed.
We will definitely book again when we revisit New York.

Our sever Sandro was exceptional and I think you should raise his salary and reward him for his attention to detail for customer satisfaction . We enjoyed our dinner immensely. I had the Cob Salad with grilled chicken , my Beau enjoyed the Maine Lobster roll along with a small Caesars Salad . Extremely satisfied….great flavors.”

Sink is in main room and not located in shower /toilet area
All staff are amazing , door men are the best everyone welcomes you or bids you good day when you leave and arrive reception / check in team accommodating and when you call for anything from the room they provide you everything.

Really good Sandro was our waiter perfect service the food was great so was all of the staff very friendly we ordered the burgers they were amazing the burrata was great too the staff was really funny and made us laugh and have a really good time overall it was great

Location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the city. It la quiet at nights even tough it is next to the Times Square. Room is big enough with 2 queen beds. Room service is good , not very much like the breakfast menu

10/10 A luxury fun hotel right in the heart of New York
The location of this hotel was perfect for Times Square. The theme of the hard rock hotel was fantastic with musicians outfits on display, plus some great music throughout the hotel foyer and lifts. The bedrooms are a perfect size for a couple, comfy beds, fab views, quiet. Each room has a theme - ours was Bruce Springsteen. All rooms have an Alexa, a huge tv, coffee machine, rainfall shower etc etc. Luxurious feel to the entire hotel. We will be back to stay here later this year. The rooftop bar is very beautiful with a real luxury feel about it. Cocktails very nice and the view on the outside part of this bar is amazing. All staff very helpful and friendly. Security is great too as lifts will only go up if you have a room card.

This hotel was PERFECT, it was nothing but amazing. Although the rooms are a little smaller than i would have liked, they have made great use of the space, a good size wardrobe, amazing shower and bathroom and even a little sofa and chair to eat at. The bed was super comfy. It wasn’t loud, and we could see timesqaure from our window. Everything was just amazing.
