For exa...Very centrally located hotel. Literally 2 minutes walk from the heart of Times Square. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Lots of music paraphernalia on display around the hotel which is great to see. For example outfits, shoes, worn by famous performers like Cher, Bruce Springsteen, Byoncee, Lady GaGa, Elton John to name but a few. Roof top Bar with amazing views. Staff are very friendly. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis and had all amenities including hair dryer, clothes steamer, coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, complimentary water in our room. Small fridge drawer. Towel change daily if required. Lovely walk in shower. Comfortable beds. My only one gripe is that our room had very little storage and with 3 adults this wasn't ideal as we had to live out of our suitcases. We enquired about upgrading to a larger room but the only room available was an extra $3,000!!! You can leave luggage with the Bell team free of charge if need be for instance you have to check out at 11am and airport pick up not coming until 3pm. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately lack of storage space in room let it down 😒Show More

We felt we were going to have a fantastic experience the moment we entered. Giant guitar strings supported the center staircase. The guitar motif is carried throughout. We loved the little details like the guitar embroidered in the sheets of the king-size bed and the plate of truffles. The rooftop bar RT60 sets the atmosphere with an elegant and fresh design. Great music and the bartenders crafted delicious drinks. The outdoor areas provide fantastic views of Times Square. We would love to thank Joseph, one of the managers, and every member that we interacted with for a delightful experience.Show More
