As a result, preferences and important dietary considerations cannot be discussed. 2. Told it ends at 9:30pm, 9:45pm, 10pm and 10:30pm. Which is it? 3. They forgot multiple food items, then refused to bring them afterwards. One of the items was a Sprite, which was readily available from several open bars within the hotel. 4. Their employee lied, pretending that Gratuity is not included so that she would be tipped more. 5. Food did not come on an nice room-service table as usual (with glasses, utensils, condiments, etc), but instead it came in take-out food boxes. They made their market place fully automated, so you’re ordering from a screen, difficult to modify or ask for something simple. We had reservations at steak house, even though it was 2/3 full we were told that if we didn’t have reservations we would not be allowed to sit. We had 9:00 reservations, we got our soup and 5 min after soup was given to us our steak came, so we couldn’t even enjoy the soup. Asked for medium rare, came medium well, we sent it back, was then told that the “heat” said it was medium rare so they will make it rare. New steak came and was 2/3 bone or fat and had zero flavour. My wife recently had 2 knee surgeries and stairs not an option. After I climbed 4 flights of stairs with our bags... I am done, my wife is down stairs and hopefully will be able to enjoy herself and hopefully the elevators are back on line soon so she can get up to the room. Sorry but for the cost of the room this is a horrible experience... and on a weekend that we are celebrating our anniversary. Thumbs down on this experience.Show More

I understand it is best for the casino to charge additional fees for valet, but as a hotel guest there was nowhere to leave the car as you bring your bags in for check in to your room.
