We recently visited NYC for the annual Comic Con! It was our first time in the city, our first time at a Convention of this size, and the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South was the perfect location ...We recently visited NYC for the annual Comic Con! It was our first time in the city, our first time at a Convention of this size, and the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South was the perfect location for us to enjoy all the city has to offer! Upon arriving, we found it easy to park in an extended stay parking garage right next door to the hotel. We checked in effortlessly, with the digital key feature. We were also pleased to see that we needed our key to not only enter the hotel, but the elevator to get to our room! That was an extra layer of security that we appreciated! We chose the top floor for noise control, and better views, and we weren't disappointed. Beds were comfortable, and we had ample space for our family of 3, and HUGE amount of luggage! Everything was clean, and well appointed, with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wardrobe, and storage shelves. We heard not a sound from other guests while in our room, and virtually no street noise! The location is ideal for the NYCC, only a 10 minute stroll. We were able to walk each day to the Javitts Center for the Con! There are dozens of conveniences all in walking distance as well, market, coffee shop, restaurants..you name it! On check out day, our son left some prized souvenirs behind in our room, and the hotel staff located the items, and their system for shipping your things back to you, is seemless, and greatly appreciated!
