Every staff member, from valet to check-in, was exceedingly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay. This was our first time at this hotel (we usually stay at the Sheraton), but the Hilton surpassed our expectations. Check-in was swift and seamless, and we were even upgraded to a room with a stunning view of the city and Universal Studios. The room was immaculate, modern, and incredibly comfortable, demonstrating outstanding attention to detail. As Universal Passholders driving from the Bay Area, finding a hotel that’s convenient, relaxing, and feels like a home away from home is essential for us, and the Hilton delivered impeccably. After a long drive, being greeted by friendly staff in a peaceful environment was exactly what we needed. One aspect that truly stood out was the sense of safety and security we felt during our stay. As a mom, that’s paramount. Even if I traveled alone with my kids instead of with my husband, I would feel completely confident here. The staff was attentive and readily available, the property was well-lit, and everything was maintained to the highest standard. This Hilton has firmly become our go-to hotel whenever we visit Universal. The exceptional service, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality have made our trips consistently memorable. The closest hotel to Universal, it has some up/down hills while getting there but it's a 10min walk, perfect for park people or whoever wants to go to Universal City to walk arou...Location is terrific! The closest hotel to Universal, it has some up/down hills while getting there but it's a 10min walk, perfect for park people or whoever wants to go to Universal City to walk around or grab a bite. The room is super spacious and the bathroom too, everything was very clean and the bed was soooo comfy, makes it difficult to actually leave it! Highlight for me though was the view *-* Universal City lights during the night are so beautiful and being able to see Hogwarts, Hogsmead and other places inside the park was a big plus, I was happy just looking out the window. Oh the hairdryer was terrific too! Out of 4 hotels we stayed in LA it was the only one with the narrower nozzle, it made my hair look great haha my hairdryer doesn't work in the US (different voltage) so I depend on hotel's hairdryer and this was one the best!Show More
