Ke...This is our second time staying at the hotel, but this time we had my two teenage kids. Overall, it's a very nice hotel. It needs a little updating, but it feels clean and has everything you need. Keep in mind that hotels in Japan are very small for more than 2 guests - in our case they had 4 separate twin beds. We were all comfortable, but the room was filled with beds and there wasn't a lot of space for our luggage or to walk around - not a big deal since we spent most of our time out and about Tokyo. Our favorite thing about this hotel is the breakfast. It's consistently delicious with a huge spread of options (fruits, cereals, fish, traditional Japanese food, noodles, pastries, etc.). Although the hotel is far (20+ minutes, at least) from the 'hustle and bustle' of Tokyo, there are still quite a few things to do within walking distance. The hotel is super close to the train/subway station, which makes it easy to get around. (We took the airport limo from Haneda airport and would highly recommend it to/from the airport.) Summary - not huge rooms for a family of 4; clean rooms but need some updates; close to subway/train; GREAT breakfast.Show More

The hotel is a bit dated but still in great condition and very comfortable. We stayed on the Executive Floor with access to the lounge on the 3rd floor. The lounge is very nice and offers breakfast in the morning, afternoon tea, and the well-known cocktail hour. Unfortunately, the food during cocktail hour was not good at all. What really disappointed us is that you have to pay more than €30 to use the swimming pool. That’s just ridiculous — as a Hilton Gold member for over 30 years, I have never experienced being charged to use a hotel pool. Definitely not Hilton standard, and honestly this will keep me from staying here again in the future. The location is outside central Tokyo but ideal if you’re arriving from or going on a cruise. There’s a covered walkway to the metro, just two minutes away, and a large shopping mall within walking distance.Show More

Recommend you pay to include breakfast, as their breakfast buffet was amazing! All kinds of delicious Japanese, Chinese and American food. Their 3-minute proximity to the Daiba subway station was so helpful that we were able to go all over town. They even provided a free voucher for one taxi ride, which we used to go to Tokyo Station for the Shinkansen bullet train when we checked out. We'd love to return both to Japan, and to the Hilton Odaiba one day soon!Show More
