8.1(959)1/10 I doubt we will be using Booking.com in the future because this was not the first bad experience.
We looked on Booking.com for the reviews for the property and saw a 9 out of 10 rating and it wasn’t even close to that. The bed was like sleeping on plywood it was so hard. There was also water coming up from the vinyl click flooring. The air conditioner sounded like there was an army tank coming through the wall and my wife and I did not feel safe in the room. Not a good experience.

We were in town for a concert at Caesars Windsor Casino - Location to Colloseum (a couple of minutes to walk), staff friendly and helpful, included breakfast was better than others experienced at other hotel chains. Room was standard but clean and comfortable.

The River view, Spectacular! The staff were great and extremely accommodating. When I discovered I had a city view room, I enquired if it would be possible to have a river view room. There was a room available and I was given the new room. Fantastic!
