The room was clean but the air conditioner did not stay on through the night and the windows were sealed so there was no way to get fresh air in the room. The elevators in this hotel are notoriously slow, according to two regular guests I spoke with. One time, it took 5 minutes to get to the 6th floor. When I checked out and said that the experience was good and bad, the associate did not ask what could have been done to improve the experience. The breakfast was good and the room was clean; otherwise, the stay was not nearly as good as I was expecting.Show More
