Beware. They just don't care about your safety. In June 2025, I fell hard in the bathtub/shower because there were no anti-slips on the bottom of the tub. How negligent. How negligent. I woke up the next day with a black and blue bruise and back pain. Long story short, I've been told that "corporate insurance rep. would contact me if they saw a need", that "the locally owned property was responsible and I had to contact their insurance", that "the matter would have to be escalated and I would be contacted in 48 hours", that "the general manager is not available, I will pass on your messages." By the way, they did not put down an anti-slip product until AFTER I went back to the front desk to ask if they expected me to try/fall again.Show More
