This was our last stay at this hotel! My crew and I have been coming here for 6yrs but we won’t be back after this time. We work on the railroad and had multiple rooms like usual. Apparently the hotel...This was our last stay at this hotel! My crew and I have been coming here for 6yrs but we won’t be back after this time. We work on the railroad and had multiple rooms like usual. Apparently the hotel is under new management and we could tell! Here is a list of problems: 1– Hotel manager kept interrupting the girl at the front desk while she was trying to check us in. 2- We get 6 floors up just to have to turn around because our keys didn’t work. 3-4 of the rooms weren’t cleaned and beds not even made. 4- Then to top off the entire stay, the new manager had made new hours and days for the bar/restaurant! Apparently they’re now closed every Sunday and close every night at 9pm!! 5- Worst of all is that out guys couldn’t even eat at the bar because the manager no longer lets the bar accept cash!! So 17 of us went to Brownies!! What is wrong with the owners hiring this guy?? We’ve been through two other GM changes and nothing like this! They actually appreciated the business! Not this guy! We won’t be back and neither will two other railroad groups once I tell them about this. This is ridiculous!!! Such a shame! First time I’ve EVER called IHG corporate about a hotel!Show More

My daughter lives in Louisville so i travel several times a year to the area. This hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good and the room comfortable. I had a connected a room to my daughter and her family. Again, so quiet, no shower noise, no toliet flushing, no elevator noise. The first day we tried to see the pool but it was locked, no one could explain why it was locked. We didn't have enough towels. The hotel wasn't busy, so I'm not sure why towels were scarce. The staff was overall pretty good. the first day my daughters room didn't get cleaned or fresh towels. Mine was clean and fresh towels delivered, just the minimum amount. My daughter never had enough towels for 3 people. I went and got towels on 2 occasions. The coffee in the rooms was bad. overall, just a couple of issues, would book again.Show More
