Kentucky Business Enterprise which consists of wind and visually impaired entrepreneurs have held our annual meeting at this location now for three years. This year we also included a group of young blind and visually impaired individuals in our youth summit. It has been amazing to see how the Hyatt retains staff for long periods of time because they remember and recognize most of us from year to year. They take the time to say hello, help when it’s needed and just are an all-around pleasure to all their guest. The catering staff are amazing the ladies that work in this department go above and beyond especially Miss Cheyann Pope. She is the sweetest and is always engaging in conversations and making sure that we have everything that we need. And that her and her coworkers are always there to assist when our individuals need it. They don’t look at it as an extra task they look at it as a pleasure. Also the staff at SWAY are also wonderful. And finally head af security Terry took his time every day to stop and say hello to us and make sure that we had everything we needed Even though I was there for six days and had to work every day they made it feel like a mini vacation Thank you again for all that you do to make your guests feel like family. However, one unexpected detail significantly impacted my stay: ...I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency and, overall, the hotel offered the level of service and comfort you’d expect from a major brand. However, one unexpected detail significantly impacted my stay: the beds did not have fitted sheets. Instead of a proper fitted sheet that stays snug around the mattress, the bed was made with a flat sheet tucked in. By the middle of the night, the sheet had come loose and bunched up, leaving me lying directly on the mattress. For a hotel positioned as upscale—and priced accordingly—this felt like a surprising and avoidable corner-cut. While the room itself was clean and the staff were helpful, the lack of fitted sheets made the sleeping experience far less comfortable than it should have been. Small details matter, especially when it comes to rest and hygiene. I truly hope Hyatt reconsiders this choice, as it detracts from an otherwise solid stay.Show More

This was my first experience at this hotel, and from the instant greeting the moment we walked in, to the mouth watering food we ate, to the most comfortable beds and cleanest rooms, hands down this is one of the BEST hotels in our system!! The location is awesome! But my focus is on the food. There were five of us and NOT ONE dish was left with an ounce of food on the plate!! Our server Fitou, just FANTASTIC! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so funny! She attended to our requests expeditiously and not one order was messed up. Love her!! And the cook, Frankie?!?! Omg….AMAZING!! Three of us ordered the salmon, and it was cooked to perfection! The sauce was delicious, the food was plated beautifully. The portions were so plentiful and filling. One of us had the shrimp n grits, and let me tell you….well words just CANNOT explain the wonderful flavor! I am truly amazed at how every one of our meals was so delicious. The lamb chops- you HAVE to get them! Absolutely the best! The twice baked potatoe skins, omg, they actually whip the potatoes with all the fixins and stuff them back onto the skins! Those were our appetizers. Lastly, one of us ordered the burger, and of course it was the BEST! Honestly, there is no need to venture out for food, as this is the absolute BEST place to eat!! I have never given a review as extensive or detailed as this one, but I couldn’t allow our server Fitou, or the cook, Frankie, go without being recognized. In fact, we requested to meet him and tell him personally how wonderful the food was. I’m telling you, NOT ONE DISH had a mistake!! Absolutely amazing! Don’t let either of these employees go, as they only add to the success of your restaurant. Overall, this was one FABULOUS hotel and location to stay!Show More

The bartender, Crittenden, was absolutely amazing I came down to order my food to go he was so welcoming caring and elevated he made me feel comfortable and he had refilled my sweet tea like three times before my food even came! He intentionally had outstanding customer service! The food was outstanding I had to call the front desk to talk about “who was back there cooking that fried chicken?” Because Franky and Sierra back there seasoned the batter and chicken to perfection my chicken was fresh well seasoned and the sides were absolutely delicious! When I called the front desk to talk about my outstanding experience Arti was ready to help, she was also kind and welcoming and listen to what I had to say and made sure everything was executed perfectly! This will stay in my mind as one of my favorites and I’m thankful to have had the chance to stay here on business! This is the definition of a great team and exceptional customer care please keep being amazing!!!!Show More
