Perfect place for our family on our first visit to NYC. The location, staff, cleanliness & space were all perfect. We needed more space for our 2 young adult sons so we stayed in a room with sleeper ...Perfect place for our family on our first visit to NYC. The location, staff, cleanliness & space were all perfect. We needed more space for our 2 young adult sons so we stayed in a room with sleeper sofa and it was perfect. The free hot breakfast was the best we have ever had. Our family is gluten free and they were so accommodating and patient. We loved the warm gluten free bagels and blueberry muffins (just ask for it). Almost all food in the hot section was gluten free and all the staff was well informed. The breakfast crew was amazing. Especially helpful were Anna, Estarlyn, Jose, Miguel, and Henry! ) The lobby/dining area is comfy with spacious seating, fireplace, televisions. We also made use of the gym and coin laundry (will pack lighter next time). The 22nd floor patio provides a nice view & respite spot!Show More

The breakfast was a bit weird on some days, one day it was chicken fajitas and another cornbeef hash. Not much for vegans except toast and fruit but I am used to that but a bit of avocado wouldn't have gone a miss. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room backed onto an enclosed courtyard so no view but they let us check in early and since I was feeling travel sick from a crazy taxi journey from JFK I was happy to be able to lie down. Nice big bed. Kitchen is tiny but adequate for what we needed as we ate out.Show More
