Özellikle FEDERICO ve STEFANIE muhteşem dost canlısı personeller. Tüm taleplerime saygı ve ilgiyle cevap verdiler, tüm tarihi mekanlar ve kültürel müzeler için benim adıma rezervasyonları mükemmel bir şekilde gerçekleştirdiler, müze biletlerimi benim için anında satın alma işlemlerini hallettiler. Bunun için hiç bir ek ücret istemediler. Tarihi tur gezisini en verimli şekilde nasıl yapabileceğimi tüm detayları ile anlatıp önemli notlar almamı sağladılar. Kendilerine çok minnettarım. Bu harika çalışanları tanımak benim için büyük onur oldu. 7/24 resepsiyondan hizmet alabilirsiniz. Odalar tertemiz, bakımlı ve benim hiç talep etmeme gerek kalmadan her gün odamın temizliğini ve çarşafların değişimini yaptılar. Tüm standart kişisel bakım ürünleri banyoda mevcuttu. Duş için sıcak su her zaman vardı. Otelin çevresi her türlü ihtiyaç için marketler ve lüks mağazalar ile çevrilidir. Oda fiyat dengesi gayet orantılıydı. Rezervasyonu olmadan kapıdan içeri her girene oda vermiyorlar, düzgün insanlar konaklıyor. Bireysel veya aile olarak güvenli bir uykuyu bu otelde yaşayacağınızdan emin olabilirsiniz. Resepsiyon girişi geçmişteki tarihi doğallığını koruyor ama odaları son derece modern ve tüm lavabo, banyo, tuvalet ve aksesuarları yepyeniydi.Show More
