After a 26-hour journey, we were warmly welcomed. Although early check-in typically costs €50, Arriana and Victor kindly arranged it for free and helped us with directions and taxi info, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. John at the front desk was also excellent, recommending a great spot for a late dinner after our Montserrat tour. On our second day, Arriana once again went above and beyond—this time with a fantastic paella restaurant recommendation that made our taste buds (and tummies) very happy! Breakfast was fresh and varied, with Mario offering attentive, friendly service in the dining area. While the room was a bit small, it was tidy and comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to family and friends.Show More

Walking into our room was so...The front desk staff were decent, but that’s about the only good thing about Hotel Best Arena. The hotel feels dated, cold, and completely lacking any decoration or charm. Walking into our room was so underwhelming I actually considered looking for another hotel. There is no luxury, no warmth, no charm, just a basic room. The walls and doors are basically made of paper. We were woken up two out of three nights by cleaning staff who sounded more like they were trying to put a hole in the wall than actually clean. The real kicker came on the first night when we returned to find water covering the entrance to our room, dripping from a light. The staff brushed it off as "It’s just the aircon" despite the fact it was dripping out of the light right above our heads. We were handed about ten towels to soak it up ourselves, which unsurprisingly did not work, and had to insist multiple times before being moved to a much smaller room. No compensation, no proper apology, nothing. If I ever go back to Barcelona, Hotel Best Arena will not even cross my mind.Show More
